See and Learn - Overview
See and Learn is the first game from Retroburn Game Studios, it is set for release during the 2nd quarter of 2010 and will be made available via Xbox Live Indie Games for Xbox360. A later release for PC download is also planned.

The game is targeted towards younger children and the gameplay is simplified so that children can also learn to use a mouse or game controller when playing the game.

The premise of the game is very simple, you are presented with a selection of images and audio/visual prompts ask you to select the correct image from the selection on screen. The game is intended to help young children learn by linking the audio prompt and the visual representation on screen. It also teaches them co-ordination and simple control of a mouse or game controller.

The game features 15 levels each containing 30 unique images giving your child many hours of fun and learning.

Our founder and head developer, Martin Caine, began development of the game after playing with some of his two year old son's toys and he has designed the game to work in much the same way that most children's learning toys work. His son also enjoys playing games on the Xbox 360 and playing with the mouse and keyboard on a PC but Martin wanted to come up with something that would improve his son's co-ordination with the mouse and help him learn at the same time, hence 'See and Learn' was born.
